Hutch Harris was born in New York City, raised in Silicon Valley,a nd has resided in Portland , Oregon for the past twenty years. Harris founded and was lead singer/songwriter of Portland post=pop=punk band The Thermals. In fifteen years, the band toured fifteen countries and released seven records on the labels Sub Pop, Kill Rock Stars and Saddle Creek.
Harris recently released his debut solo LP “ONLY WATER”. This stripped down no distortion album is Hutch’s breakaway from the dirstored rock sound of the Thermals. While still catchy in that ‘garbage-Indi-pop” way, Harris’ new material is more intimate and personal.
Opening acts: Andrew Kaffer swings between jazzy ballads nd free wielding, “Howl at the moon” garage punk.
Serious River Song Catalog(Will Elias) plays melodic circling moody jazzy inspiring emotional tunes.
